Surcharges - A surcharge is an amount of money that we charge you on certain items when that part is a reconditioned unit, and we require the old unit back for reconditioning.

You should be aware that the following items are subject to a surcharge:

• Driveshafts
• Brake Calipers
• Starter motors
• Alternators
• HP Pumps
• Pinion valves
• PAS Pumps
• Flow Valves
• Cylinder Heads
• ECU Units
• Diesel Injectors

If you purchase one of these product groups from us via the Online shop, the surcharge will be automatically shown.

When we receive your old unit back, the surcharge amount will be refunded to you as soon as the old unit has passed through our Returns Department.

The only exceptions to this rule are in instances when your old unit is completely unserviceable due to for example damage to a casing, missing parts etc. In that instance we reserve the right not to refund the surcharge.

Be assured that in the vast majority of cases the old unit surcharge is refunded.

Availability - the coloured ticks are to be used as a quick guide to the estimated availability of a product on the website. They will usually be displayed next to a product instead of a stock number if we cannot supply a product next day, for example in the case of reconditioned units which are usually reconditioned to order, or some of the rarer parts that we offer which are made to order.

• Green Tick: Product will usually be despatched within 2 - 3 days.
• Yellow Tick: Product will usually be despatched within 4 - 7 days.
• Red Tick: Product will usually be despatched within 7 - 14 days.
• Grey/Ghosted Tick: Unknown ETA - More than 14 days. Please contact us for more information

They are designed to give you our customers a better indication of the time of arrival. Please note that the delivery time is selected by the customer during the checkout procedure and is in addition to the dispatch time indicated.
