We want to reassure you that we have in place a number of robust measures designed to make health and safety a top priority whilst still enabling you our customers to receive your orders.
Our couriers in most cases are now offering 'contact-free delivery' right to your doorstep.
These measures include:
- Asking you to nominate a safe place for delivery of a parcel.
- For parcels requiring a signature, our couriers can sign on behalf of you the customer in order to avoid contact via hand-held devices. For security reasons, this will only happen when you open a door and provide the courier with the name on the delivery sheet. The courier will keep a safe distance away from you.
- If there is no safe place available, please be assured that we will always attempt delivery 3 times.
